Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We deliver FREE to Romford and Dagenham, We also deliver to the surrounding areas within 5 miles.
Q. How long will you need to set-up and pack away?
A. We require 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to collect at the end of the party. Please bear this in mind if you are hiring a venue.
Q. How long is the hire period?
A. 3 hours, between 10 – 6.30pm
Q. Is Kidsvision Soft Play available all year round?
A. Yes! We can set up in a venue of your choice, at home or outside (weather and room size permitting,) To avoid disappointment please try and book your hire as early as possible.
Q. What age is the equipment for?
A. Our soft play and play equipment is suitable for 0-5 year olds.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We have Public Liability Insurance and a copy of the insurance is available to review if required prior to your party.
Q. How do I book?
A. You can book by calling us on 07904655560. Alternatively you can email kidsvision@hotmail.com. We will check availability and then send you a Booking Confirmation. Your booking will be held for 7 days and once we receive full payment via bank transfer your booking will be confirmed.
Q. How do I pay?
A. The full amount is due within 7 days of making your provisional booking and you can pay online via a bank transfer, details are provided with your Booking Confirmation.
Q. What happens if the equipment gets damaged at my venue?
A. Hopefully this doesn’t happen but in the event that it does you (the hirer) will incur a small charge for repair to the item or replacing it.
Q. What are your Terms & Conditions?
A. We have full Terms & Conditions of Hire which you are obliged to abide by should you wish to book with us.
Q. What preparations do I need to make before you arrive?
A. Clear access to where the soft play equipment is to be set up, is required. The ground/floor space should be a flat and even surface, clear of any sharp objects. We will be able to set up more quickly and enable you to get on and enjoy the play area if you make sure the area is fully clear before our arrival. Any outside space MUST be clear of dog (or any other) faeces and we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the area is not suitably clean.
